2019 Evening On Astor Fundraiser Block Party
This Evening Is A Gold Coast Favorite!
The Gold Coast Neighbors Association has hosted Evening on Astor since 1982. This annual block party and fundraiser for GCNA brings over 1,000 neighbors together for an evening of fun on Astor Street. This is a great way to meet new friends and support your neighborhood. We sell food via various local food trucks, along with wine/beer/soda/water for purchase from our co-sponsors the Lodge Management Group in conjunction with the Division Street Merchants Associates. For your entertainment, the Lodge Management Group DJ will provide music throughout the evening.
Come and enjoy the music, food trucks, and neighbors for a suggested donation of $10 or purchase a table and invite your friends.
Due to high demand, please remember that tables are allocated based on a first-come basis - the earliest bookings are allocated first. We are not able to guarantee table locations nor can we guarantee that two (or more) tables will be in adjoining spaces. Tables must not be moved from their original location or shifted in any direction within the space allocated. Full payment is required to reserve a table.
If you do purchase a table, it can be decorated with tablecloths, tabletop arrangements, dinnerware/serving dishes. All table decorations must be on the table, and no part(s) of your display or your set-up is allowed that touches or is anchored on the ground. Any signage on display may not exceed 8.5" x 11". No marketing materials / coupons not previously authorized by GCNA may be distributed or available for our guests to take with them. You may not bring your own table(s).
Volunteer Opportunities
The day of the event, we need help from volunteers to set up before the event and clean up after the event. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and requires only an hour of your time. For more information, please contact GCNA at 773.510.7327 or info@goldcoastneighbors.org.
