Per our By-Laws, the Annual Meeting is to be held on a date after the close of our fiscal year (September 30) and completion of the audit, but not later than November 15th. As such, our meeting of the general membership is traditionally held on the third Monday of October.
The members only meeting features a full review of the association's activities, as well as the Nominating Committee Chair presenting the slate of directors for the coming year.
