Summer Sip & Social at the Shore Club


Monday, June 29 • 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm • Shore Club Chicago

Escape the routine and recharge your week with an evening of elevated cuisine, waterfront views, and great conversation with your Gold Coast neighbors. Come connect with the community and learn more about the Gold Coast Neighbors Association (GCNA) in a relaxed lakefront setting. Register in advance to secure your spot for this $20 event, although walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space!

Rooftop Tales


Wednesday, July 15 • 5:30 pm –7:00 pm • 1440 N. Lake Shore Drive

Step onto a Gold Coast 35th story rooftop for an unforgettable evening where stunning skyline views meet captivating neighborhood history. During the Gold Coast Neighbors Association’s Rooftop Tales, historic-homes expert Matthew La Rose and Chicago historian Nicole Yost will share the fascinating stories behind the Gold Coast’s iconic architecture while guests enjoy Prosecco and appetizers. Space is limited! Admission is $50.

Registration is required in advance to hold your spot!

CAPS is an innovative partnership that unites police, community members, and City agencies to proactively identify and solve neighborhood crime problems through collaboration, neighborhood-level problem solving, and shared responsibility for safer communities. CAPS Beat Meetings for our beat, beat 1824, are held at First St. Paul’s Church, 1301 N LaSalle Dr.

Join the Gold Coast Neighbors Association Building Network for a program designed to help building board members and property managers regulatory changes affecting condominium and HOA governance. Experts Todd Walter and Howard Dakoff will cover condominium law updates, reserve study requirements, and evolving lending guidelines impacting board responsibilities and liability. Network with other building board members and property managers and share best practices!

While walk ins are welcome, we encourage you to register in advance to hold your spot!

2026 Evening on Astor Fundraiser Block Party

Join the Gold Coast Neighbors Association for the annual Evening on Astor, a lively block party and fundraiser that brings over 1,000 neighbors together with live music, local food trucks, and drinks in support of the community.
