Every year during the holiday season Mario Stefanini graciously hosts a gift-wrapping party at Mario’s Gold Coast Ristorante. Admission is a new, unwrapped toy with an approximate value of $20, suitable for a five to seven year old child. Neighbors wrap the toys and gifts for donation to a local school. Originated and sponsored by the North Dearborn Association the event has grown each year and people from all over the Gold Coast make it a point to stop in for Mario’s holiday cheer and the chance to contribute a toy and volunteer their time.

This year’s Joy of Toys will be held on Saturday ~ December 6th, 2008 ~ from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at Mario’s Gold Coast Ristorante, 21 West Goethe.
